Dennis Hamann, CEO
Dennis Hamann is the CEO of Mobelisk. He has a career spanning over 25 years as a senior executive in organizations ranging from embryonic startups to Fortune 100 companies and in geographies spanning from North America to Europe and Asia/Australasia. He began his career as a mechanical engineer and transitioned to marketing/business development/general management following his completion of graduate studies at Northwestern University. After spending an initial 14 years at Hewlett Packard and rising to become the youngest Worldwide Marketing Manager in the company at the time, he was recruited to lead initial internet photography endeavors at Kodak. He then transitioned from a career of “intrapreneurship” to pure entrepreneurship in successfully leading various facets of new startups primarily in wireless technologies and rich content. Most notably, he was a key leader in the early days of multimedia messaging with LightSurf (ultimately acquired by VeriSign). In his current position as CEO of Mobelisk he continues to build on his rich experiences in the areas of wireless mobility, digital content, enterprise solutions, and IoT technologies.
