Dr. Edward Pultar, Engineer, Industrial IoT and Sensor Monitoring
Edward is an engineer at Tools.Valarm.net who loves monitoring water, air, and Industrial IoT sensor applications.
He’s worked at Google and universities in the states, Australia, and Europe doing GIS, a.k.a., Geographic Information Systems. He’s fortunate and grateful to have been a GIS scholar funded by Esri founders Jack & Laura Dangermond to complete a PhD at University of California, Santa Barbara, with advisors like Mike Goodchild, 1 of the “fathers of GIS”.
Edward started Valarm in 2011 with his brother Lorenzo and friends. Valarm is all about making awesome software that’s powerful, cost-effective, friendly, and solves real-world problems like monitoring water levels, flood warning systems, wells, and other Industrial IoT applications.
