Adriana Avirvarei services encompass statewide leadership for lifecycle replacement, maintenance, mission critical infrastructure and regulatory compliance for assets consistency for design and construction to support the strategic company’s Reliability mission.

Her responsibilities are the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategies to effectively manage organizations infrastructure portfolio projects. The core purpose of her teams is to provide reliable, sustainable, safe and high quality deliverables for all customers, while maintaining the highest value of company’s assets.

Avirvarei has a broad range experience of infrastructure and distribution disciplines within the electrical, controls, mechanical, technology and lifecycle safety systems within various industries. These industries include Federal, State and Local level Government agencies, asset management software and independent consulting. This experience involves all aspects of PMI’s core competencies in her combined 22 years in portfolio project management, including eight and a half years of developing relationships and diverse teams in transmissions and distribution utilities. She delivered best-in-class results for countrywide GIS asset management solutions and sustainable electrical capital equipment replacement for large companies in Romania, New Zealand and USA.

Avirvarei is a Bachelor and Master graduate of “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University in Electrical Engineering, and Associate graduate of DeVry University in Project Management. She has achieved the following certificates: Certified Reliability Leader in 2017, Project Management Professional in 2012 and Geographical Information System Professional in 2014. She has been an active professional member of PMI since 2012 including External Relations and Professional Development – Corporate Vendor Manager for the Local Chapter, which advances careers within 2200 members.
