User Profile Creation and Registration

IIOT WORLD DAYS SERIES – Personal Information
The personal information which you provide to IIoT World LLC. will be held by us on a database and, where we have appropriate authorization/consent, may be shared with other partners of IIoT World and third parties. By registering for any of IIoT World LLC’s events, you are consenting that your contact data to be shared with third parties (event sponsors). You can find the list of sponsors for each event on the “Sponsors” page of that particular event on https://iiotday.com website. You can request that your contact data not be shared with the event partners and sponsors by completing an opt out form for each event that you register for no later than 72 hours before the event.
By registering to attend online IIoT World Days series events, you may be featured in the official event matchmaking tool. Your name, job title and company will be visible to other attendees, speakers, sponsors, and press. Messages and meeting requests can be sent via the event platform during the day of the event. If you no longer wish to be featured in the event networking tool, you have the option to hide your profile.
Online Admissions Policy for IIOT WORLD DAYS SERIES and all other IIoT World online events
IIoT World reserves the right to reject online admission to individuals who are not deemed relevant industry professionals. All visitors must register using their own information, and registrants must not share their unique links with others. Violating this policy may result in expulsion from the event and future IIoT World events.
Suspension of Website and Services
In addition to all other remedies available under these Terms or at law, IIoT World shall be entitled to suspend the provision of the Website or Services if you fail to pay any undisputed Fees when due hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, IIoT World may, at its sole discretion, temporarily suspend your access to any portion or all of the Website or Services if: (i) Company reasonably determines that there is a threat or attack on any of IIoT World’s intellectual property; (ii) IIoT World’s provision of the Website or Services to you is prohibited by applicable law; or (iii) IIoT World concludes that your use of the Website or Services is in violation of these Terms or is causing immediate, material, and ongoing harm to IIoT World or any other individual or entity.
Fees and Expenses
You shall pay any fees as set forth in any order or transaction that you submit or complete on the Website or Service (“Order”) in order to obtain access to the purchased services and events (the “Fee(s)”). Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order, IIoT World will automatically withdraw the Fees of the purchased services and events from your specified financial account, credit or debit card, or other payment method. All amounts payable pursuant to an Order are non-cancelable and non-refundable, except as provided herein. You agree to pay invoiced Fees in U.S. dollars. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit or debit card information or other payment information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment information for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your financial institution, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
Any late payments shall bear interest at the lesser of the rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permissible under applicable law, calculated daily and compounded monthly. You shall also reimburse IIoT World for all reasonable costs incurred in collecting any late payments, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy for IIOT WORLD DAYS SERIES
Refunds will only be provided if you cancel your participation at least 3 days before the event starts. IIoT World reserves the right to vary event content, timetables, speakers, or to cancel an event. In the case of cancellation, we will provide a credit that can be redeemed for a delegate pass to any future IIoT World event within a 12-month timeframe.
Force Majeure (IIOT WORLD DAYS SERIES)
IIoT World will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations, including event cancellation or rescheduling, due to events or circumstances outside its reasonable control. These circumstances include but are not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, terrorist attacks, infectious diseases, government actions, and utility service interruptions. IIoT World will notify registered participants promptly in case of Force Majeure affecting an event. Such notice may be given by email (even if you have not signed up for marketing emails) or by a statement published on this website.
No refunds will be given, but at IIoT World’s discretion, event tickets may be exchanged for future IIoT World Days Series events.

We use BigMarker for event promotion and registration. We also use Hubspot for promotion and communication related to the event. Please note that BigMarker and Hubspot are third-party services that are not owned or managed by IIoT World LLC. In Person Events
Attendees must behave respectfully toward others at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior, determined at the discretion of IIoT World or the event organizer, will result in removal without refund. Attendees must comply with venue rules and local laws. Attendees must comply with any health and safety protocols in place (e.g., COVID-19 guidelines) at the venue. IIoT World and the event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone. IIoT World and the event organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during any event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
